Sunday Night

This is the night before the kids go back to school and I go back to work full-time. I always hate Sunday nights because I dislike that dread feeling of knowing a full week of work lies ahead. Once I get going, I usually feel fine about working, but for now, all I feel is a vague sense that I am forgetting something or that I have put too many things off until the last minute.

Fortunately, this week is still pretty calm, since I don’t have to have therapy for two more weeks. I usually don’t start therapy until the second week of school because I have to figure out what my schedule will be. It will be hectic for a while until the schedule gets fine-tuned.

is a fun picture of my son, his uncle, and second cousins having a “Bey Blade” battle. B’s cousin came in to visit Saturday, and his family, B’s brother and wife, and our family went out to eat and came back to our house to play a little.

I don't know what it feels like from the teacher's end of the spectrum, but I remember the night before the first day of school, when I was growing up. I never could get any sleep! I hope you sleep well tonight and have a wonderful day and school year ahead of you!!

Sunday nights are the same with me...

I head back officially on Wednesday. I'm going to school tommorow though. *sigh*

It was lovely while it lasted...

I guess we'll all have to hold hands and take the plunge together!

we start back the last week of August and then our students return the day after labor day. However, I'm taking stuff in this week due to me having to pack up my classroom at the end of the school year.

Good luck to you on a great new school year!

Yeah, I had to move, too. And I bought way too much stuff that I took home with me over the summer. I think it's going to take me 3 or 4 trips to get it all up there!

I wish you a good school year also!
