Normally, I would not be caught dead doing a gorilla stomp (outside my classroom), but stick me in water and play “Gimme Three Steps” by Lynyrd Skynyrd and I guess I’ll do the stomp, not to mention the mini-jack.

It was a balmy 98 degrees as I left water aerobics at 8:30 pm to return home and lie down on my comfy new mattress. Aaah.

I did not go to school today (Bad girl!) because it was my last day to be lazy before work starts in earnest tomorrow. I did load the pictures of my new room so I could look at them.

It has a closet on the left, a storage cabinet on the right, and oodles of drawers in the middle. Also, it has a nice counter with a convenient outlet. Way in the back you can see a thermostat. And it’s all MINE! (he he he)

I think one of the reasons I enjoy working in a school is that in my room, I am sovereign.
Sure, we have rules we have to follow, but I am in charge to a much larger degree than I ever was when I worked in a cubicle. And summertime rocks.

I'm curious: do visual additions stimulate or otherwise improve ease with speech issues?

I ask because I'd like to learn more about the interactions between these issues.

And, I notice that environments devoid of visuals are the custom in situations wherein a certain tension of speech is both displayed and confronted (law enforcement, psychiatry, etc.).
